We are so happy you are here. At SCA, we are dedicated to providing a quality Christ-centred education with a strong academic focus for Preschool and all the way through to Grade 12. Springs Christian Academy serves as an extension of the Christian home and church. At least one parent and the student(s) must give clear testimony of Jesus Christ as personal Lord and Saviour and must be actively involved in a Christian Church on a regular basis and living in accordance with God’s Word and our Statement of Faith.

CREATE AN ACCOUNT & BEGIN YOUR APPLICATION
To begin the enrollment process, click the APPLY NOW link above to head to our Online Admissions Portal. If you do not already have an account, you can create a Parent Portal Account by clicking the “Create an Account” button on the Parent Portal login page. Once you’ve created an account, you will be able to begin a New Student Application.
COMPLETE YOUR ADMISSIONS CHECKLIST
$100 APPLICATION FEE FOR NEW AND RETURNING FAMILIES*
After you have submitted your children’s application, our Admissions Team will review your file. Once we have completed our review, we will notify you to please log in to your Parent Portal account to view an ADMISSIONS checklist of items to complete your application process. The ADMISSIONS Checklist items will include steps like submitting the $100 Admissions Fee*, reviewing SCA’s Statement of Faith, SCA’s Parent Handbook, Honour Code, signing your Parental Agreement and more. If you would like to get started, please see the links above to begin reviewing these documents.
*The application fee for NEW Preschool Applicants is not required until notification of acceptance.
COMPLETE PASTORAL REFERENCE & MEET WITH YOUR PASTOR
As per your ADMISSIONS Checklist, please complete the Pastoral Reference available in this package, or download and print one from the link above. The Pastoral Reference is required annually, signed and returned by a Pastor of the church you are currently attending and regularly serving.
ADMISSIONS (Application in Review)
Once your ADMISSIONS Checklist is complete, and we have received your Pastoral Reference, your application will be reviewed and added to our pool of applicants.
ENTRANCE INTERVIEW
If you are selected, we will contact you to book an Entrance Interview. If an assessment is required, we will also contact you to book an appointment with our Student Services department. Completing this step does not guarantee acceptance.
NOTIFIED OF STATUS OF ACCEPTANCE
A notice of status of acceptance will be given by the Administration. If accepted, you will be asked to log in to your Parent Portal account to complete the ENROLLMENT Checklist, which includes signing your contract, confirming your method of payment for tuition fees and to learn more about our Before & After School program. Please note, you will be required to complete the Contract and ENROLLMENT Checklist within 30 days to hold a spot in your child’s grade. Once you have completed the checklist and our Administration has reviewed and countersigned the contract, your enrollment process is complete.
BEFORE & AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAM
The Before and After School Program (BASP) is a service offered by SCA, to accommodate the working hours of parents and staff. The BASP provides a friendly and comfortable atmosphere where the students may become involved with a variety of activities, various gym times and outside play (weather permitting). Children are supervised by staff members and senior high assistants who work to achieve safe, quality care for all of the children.
ALUMNI INCENTIVE PROGRAM
At Springs Christian Academy we strive to continue building on the legacy of previous generations. As SCA Alumni raise their families, we want to support you and come alongside you in training and equipping your children to be the next generation of leaders and to see them walk in the amazing plans God has for them. We are excited to be offering Springs Christian Academy graduates a 25% tuition discount for Kindergarten-Grade 12 students. Please contact our Admissions office for more information!
