W O R D of the W E E K ⁣.
This week's word is CONTENMENT!
The word “contentment” means “to be satisfied” and to be happy and at peace, because you have everything you need.

As we begin to celebrate the wonderful holiday of Thanksgiving, we can think about all the ways that God has blessed us and that He truly gives us everything that we need. We can be content and rest in what He has given us, rather than being jealous of others and dissatisfied.

In Philippians 4:13, the apostle Paul writes a letter to a church and tells them that even though he has had to go through many hard things, he has learned the secret of contentment from God. He said, “I have learned to be content in whatever circumstances: I know what it is to be in need, and I know what it is to have plenty. I have learned the secret of being content in any and every situation. I can do all this through Him who gives me strength.”

So don’t forget that even as we ask God for what we need, we can also be thankful and content with what we already have. Have a great day everyone, and God bless you!

Chapel days are our favourite! This week was our Elementary Campus's "Bully Proofing Week"! At our chapel this morning, Mrs.Tiede taught us the importance of being an "upstander" instead of a bystander by standing up for our friends. ⁣
